In a virtual team environment involving clients it is extremely important to have fluid and neat communication channels using any technology available.

Technical leadership involving support and consulting activities for the developer team. Project management and coordinating of the devolpers team. Conducting testing activities and status report meetings with the client. A methodology change was introduced during this process, consisting on implementing Scrum in the team as a work method. This allowed the team and the client to achieve synergy, better results and ensured full agreement between all parties in each milestone of the project.

Custom-made software was developed for different clients using Scrum methodology. Conducting call conferences with clients, on-site assessments.

Multiple roles performed simultaneously, in addition to coaching and, speaker in various courses and training activities for the staff members within the company and clients. All activities and processes were conducted within IRAM ISO 9001:2000 quality standards, resulting in the achievement of this certification.
