Role and Responsibilities:  Work on coding the company CRM system for its ISP customers using PHP and MySQL Database.  Leaded the functional part for customer developments based on enhancements  Implemented the Billing (BI) and Invoicing (IN) Structure for Deregulated Market.  Work on implementing the company internal chatting system using Delphi and Java.  Implemented customer specific reports to manage information related to DM processes and master data.
