Taken over the classe for the 13/14 school year. – Organising correpetion, student concert and rehearsals. – Preparing students for a-level practical exams and band "Abzeichen" exams.

– Rising from Reading Group Facilitator over Moderator to Manager Directing over 30 volunteers who lead reading groups incorporating over 1000 members – Moderating members to ensure compliance with posted Reading Group and website rules – Recruiting and training staff whilst refining staff performance and our service to the members

– Encouraging new ensemble members to become strong ensemble members – Broadening musical horizons and skills through workshops at school and college level – Instructing in technique and literature and cultural background to enable a thorough grasp of the subject matter and strong performance

– Researched and wrote articles for the theatre program booklets and newspaper – Assisted interdepartmental projects including opera, dance, and theatre by settling disputes and helping artists and colleagues on and off stage with various projects – Created supertitles for the opera production of Shostakovich’s Lady Macbeth

– Prepared, filed and distributed scores for ensembles of up to 200 musicians – Engraved music using Finale and Sibelius under tight deadlines – Developed and implemented new electronic and hardcopy filing system which increased efficiency of department
