I was in charge of developing a Metro Group compendium for the on-boarding of all customer team members. In addition I was planning and organizing the annual Metro Team EMEA Meeting in cooperation with the cross- functional teams of the various countries. Also I was supporting the team with analyzing the business within Metro and converting existing frameworks into actionable tools and ideas to increase same store sales growth.

Building strong brands online. Brand audit and brand strategy creation for Google’s top Czech client alza.cz.

- Preparing and implementing internal communication measures in relation to the market launch of the Mercedes-Benz Citan. - Committee and project management support, working closely with the product management, controlling, market management and communication department. - Preparing a central marketing plan for the Mercedes-Benz Citan. - Coordination of marketing inquiries with the individual markets - Creating an integrated and ISO-compliant sales process as part of the Bachelor's thesis.

I was in charge of a project that aimed at providing strategic improvements to the internal communication governance by establishing an internal communication portal for the Business Development Group. Moreover I was part of the talent management team, ensuring proper on boarding, trainings and progression as well as enhancing employer branding.
