Development of the software for a car engine ECU (Electronic Control Unit), specifically in charge of power generation control. • Analyze the software requirement documents to integrate them into Bosch system and decide on the software specifications using Rational DOORS. • Design a new software system and collaborate with international teams from Vietnam, India, and Germany to implement it. • Conduct system tests using simulation tools such as LABCAR, CANoe and INCA to assess its functionality.
Responsible for the testing process for the parts known as nozzles in the diesel fuel injection system • Handled the entire process of launching a testing machine from initiation to release, including documentation. • Design components such as the chuck for a robot arm using AutoCAD. • Utilized Q-DAS statistical tools for mass production tests and setting injection capability standards during new product releases.
