- On-site management and client liason for bulk recruitment projects. - Interview, select and brief candidates to ensure that they understand the project requirements. - Manage operational matters, e.g. taking attendance, candidate and client management, and trouble-shoot any issues during the project. - Make ideas, manage graphic design team to design and develop: photo shooting, magazine advertising, flyers and packaging...for new product launching.

- Responsible for design projects according with Company Identity - Prepare layout option, concept and material boards. Encode plans for building permit. Render colored plans and elevations for presentation of concept. Three-dimensional concepts. - Meetings and correspondences with Clients, contractors, consultants and vendors.

- Make visual planning, including: replacing and ordering mannequins, hooks, pictures, layouts of equipments, pictures displayed on wall. - Prepare, update information about display merchandises, manuals in store and plans for displaying new merchandise in store. - Do market research, develop and supervise the quality of display programs. - Discuss and approve display programs according with global standards. Train and motivate staffs to display corresponding with each campaign.

Graduated with a good bachelor's degree and my graduation works was assessed to be high distinction.
