Selected to lead Global Operational Controllership Transformation within GE-Genpact Strategic Partnership. Responsible for global process design & owenership, standardization, IT solutions & simplification by leveraging Genpact’s expertise in End-To-End Digital Transformation, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Lean Six Sigma. Heading Global Transformation SME teams in Americas (Monterrey,Mexcio), Asia (Shanghai, China) and Europe (Budapest, Hungary)

Senior member of the GE Global Operational Controllership Team responsible for global process design, ownership and strategic transformation across GE Intercompany accounting, process standardization, IT solutions and simplification across all regions. Owned global GE Intercompany accounting process (around 500 employees globally) and headed GE Global Intercompany SME team and the GE Global Supply Chain SME team (in an expanded capacity from Sep19)

Responsible for driving the overall controllership across the EMEA region (1.6 bn$ P&L covering equipment sales, projects and services). Headed EMEA Controllership team in Germany/Spain, outsourced Accounting teams and Controllership team of acquired Alstom Onshore Wind business (up to 70 reports). I was promoted into a global Executive role in Nov 2017.

Built, headed & developed a high performance Controllership & Accounting Team of up to 20 finance professionals across 8 Legal entities incl. 4 regulated financial institution - (2 bn$ Net Earning Assets / US GAAP, HGB, RechKredV) I started as Simplification Controller for GE Capital Germany in Dec 2009. Beside this role, I significantly supported, stabilized and simplified the Equipment Finance statutory year end close & audit, which led to a promotion as Controller Equipment Finance in Dec 2011.

Responsible for all financial tasks in foreign affiliates in EMEA-India/Rusia pole (Controlling, Forecasting and Reporting, Accounting, Cash Flow). Successfully transferred and integrated outsourced Accounting/Banking tasks from GE Shared Services to Headquarter in Leverkusen. Improved accounting and closing processes thru automation to allow more time for quality reviews. Performed internal audits of Russian Legal entity, identified weaknesses, provided action plan and follow up audit.

Responsible for overall controllership across the Central Europe region of GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging (200 Mio$ Revenue, 7 Legal entities) Headed team of Country Controller & outsourced Finance teams based in Germany, India and Hungary & led the Accounting function Central Europe Successfully supported & drove the closure of several tax audits. Improved significantly controllership, compliance and quality of shared service teams and performed special and complex accounting and financial analysis.

Headed German Accounting team (3 reports), outsourced Accounting team based in Hungary, Budapest (8 reports) and managed the Accounting function in Germany & Austrian branch of GEs fleet business in Germany (400 Mio$ Net Earning Assets, 26.000 Leased cars). Consolidated my position as one the leading Controllers in the GE European Fleet business in 2006.

Financial Controller (Head of Finance) of Aventis R&D Function spin-off. I was a member of the Management Team and headed in addition to Finance, IT, Purchasing & Shipping. Built Finance & implemented Financial control & Mgmt reporting, established and implemented procedures, audits and controls including internal audits in US Headquarter. Worked closely with Managing Director and provided full support for Business finances in order to allow the business to grow including developing business strategies.

Worldwide Finance- and IT Auditor across all business segments (CropScience, Seeds and MERIAL Animal Health Joint Audits with Merck). Led audit assignments. Prepared and conducted Finance, Commercial and IT related audits of subsidiaries worldwide including preparation of detailed audit reports and elaboration of solutions with the audited entity. I concepted IT audits (software-, hardware- and network aspects). Developed and implemented a database for risk assessment of the group.
