R&D of Silicon image sensors for radiation detection, medical applications and electron microscopy.

During the short term internship, I developed an 800MHz high speed PCB to test the new version of ATLASPix. Also, I was involved in the probe test of the chip structures.

During the internship, I work closely with the R&D department to test a new innovative CMOS chip as a sensor inside of the Electron Microscopes. Tests beams were carried out, and upgrades of the firmware and software readout were applied.

R&D of dosimetry equipment for Q&A of linear accelerators
