• Preparation and execution of the merger between Voith Hydro and Siemens Hydro • Post Merger Integration for global Marketing and Sales operations • Group Management for Sales, Marketing, and Contracting for the Joint Venture • Operational responsibility for international project acquisition and project execution

• Concept development and world wide implementation of the Total Power Plant Service (TPPS) concept for ABB PGI • Profit Centre Responsibility for the power plant and components service organization (subsidiaries in Germany, Malaysia, USA) • Erection, supervision, and commissioning of combined cycle power plants for industrial applications (max. 150 MW Steam, 80 MW Gas)

• Marketing, including pricing, public relations, fairs, and contacts to sales channels (engineering companies, construction companies) • Responsibility for and guidance of country representations in Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Poland • Key Account Management with personal responsibility for managing the relationship of engineering and construction companies

• Consultant and project manager for projects with the consumer goods, oil and gas, and investment goods industries (projects in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany and USA) • Joint Management of the Middle East Activities, Build up from scratch, contact development, project acquisition, project management
