Drafting and reviewing contracts related to virtual asset (crypto)services and investment activities across multiple jurisdictions, including the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Cyprus, Estonia, the United Kingdom, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands; Conducting legal research and preparing analytical reports on civil, commercial, labor, contractual, and intellectual property law related to VASP services across multiple jurisdictions (in the EU, North America, and offshore regions).

Preparation of internal documentation of the Company in accordance with applicable laws; Registration and incorporation of (crypto)companies and sale of ready-made (crypto)companies to customers; Drafting and reviewing of civil, business and employment contracts for the Company in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law based on the agreement of the parties; Conducting comprehensive research on several legal issues in the field of financial services, cryptocurrencies, tobacco laws, etc.

Reviewing complaints of citizens related to notary activities and drafting responses to such complaints in accordance with the requirements of the law on notaries; Drafting answers to citizens' questions on notarial law; Requesting documents from notaries for conducting inspections of their activities in accordance with the requirements of the law; Conducting regular inspections of notaries, identifying breaches of law and drafting legal arguments for higher management;
