• Worked on the “Worlds of Labour” research project under Global Development Dynamics of Social Policy, contributing to research on global employment law segmentation while studying labour laws and related regulations across 203 countries from 1880 to 2022. • Coded datasets using the CBR Labour Regulation Index (CBR-LRI Cambridge) as the base framework, tracking how employment laws have altered across geographically and through time.

Managed contract lifecycle and drafted/vetted legal documents across recruiting, digital policy, data privacy, and onboarding of financial lending partners. Led recovery compliance processes end to end, and handled trademark registration and follow-up. Resolved disputes, litigation, and recovery claims involving vendors, service providers, and employees. Drafted company, website, and app policies, and trained employees on mandatory POSH Act compliance.

Advised on contract law, international law, IPR and design and trademark matters. Carried out in-house counsel duties and compliance management. Drafted design and trademark filings, & contracts and agreements for employees, sellers, stockists, and partners, alongside research on published trademarks, designs and patents. Drafted TM forms and FER responses for holders of similar marks. Managed all legal requirements for setting up an international branch, including new country laws and partner negotiations.

• Drafted written statements and replies for corporate clients, including Flipkart, Myntra, Go Air and Syngenta, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. • Drafted transfer petitions, Section 138 (cheque dishonour) matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, recovery suits and family law matters which included divorces and property matters. • Researched and presented the employees on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, including training requirements.

Drafted cases under the NI Act, plaints, agreements, written statements, notices, and rejoinders, and appeared before District Courts, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, SCDRC, and ITAT while managing client relationships. Handled family law matters and presented oral arguments in court. Advised small and mid-sized businesses, interviewed witnesses, and conducted public record research for cases. Drafted demurrers and replies to oppositions.

Thesis: "AI and Data Governance in FinTech: A Comparative Study of Regulatory Approaches in the EU, India and China," supervised by Melanie Müller and Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar (BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, Bremen). The research for the thesis involved the studying of related laws of the different economies.
