Maintaining long term relationship Bank-Client, attracting new clients, group of clients with yearly turnover up to 25 million EUR. Providing deep analysis of the market and related risks. Credit risk assessment of corporate clients, approving and disbursing loans.

Work with the corporate clients of the Bank in two regions, maintaining long term relationship Bank-Client, analyzing early signals for problem exposures, agricultural lending.

Managing a small team, developing the branch, motivating the personnel to reach the corporate and personal targets, budgeting and follow-up, approving loans up to EUR 50 000.

Optimizing the leasing process, improvements in information system, budgeting, follow-up results, follow-up problem exposures, approving leasing exposures up to EUR 150 000, set-up new procedures.
