Analyzing and framing workflows (parts, tools, workers, aircrafts) in work environment for production Workspace reorganization, and optimization. - Seeking for optimization points (time, work quality, safety, environment) and design solutions to enhance workshop. - Designing solution and working on Improvements/Cost matrix to finalize and select pertinent solutions. - Preparing the Action plan to set the new solutions into the production environment.
