•Coordination and completion the engineering design, Bill of Materials and other resources in the Micro-algae biodiesel production and Waste-biogas production tanks projects. •Responsible for achieving project KPIs. •PFD, P&ID leadership, execution and management, equipment specification and quotation. •Leading consultant engineer of a graphene production plant, from pre-concept phases to SOP and process improvement achieving a 20% increase of the production rate in 6 months.

• Transformation of 2 new premises into co-working spaces. • Support to organise networking and promotional events experiencing a 20% growth of number of clients in 4 months. • Development of a new tool to improve program management and communication with customers and suppliers.

• Responsible to ensure product solution at most appropriate cost level according to OEM quality, robustness and ergonomics specifications. • DFMEA for product and process validation during design and production phases. • Principal Product Engineer of projects in Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Turkey, Russia and China, leading meetings and product tests for a production up to 270k cars/year. • Evaluation, action plans and verification of prototypes.

• Benchmarking functions. • Creation and review of standards. • Process improvement (mould injection, extrusion, press and thermo covering). • Product development (door and instrument panels, cockpit and other interior components and devices). • Use of engineering tools (DFMEA, GD&T, PPAP, PSW, SREA, Tolerance Stack and Craftsmanship book). • Detailed exploded studies from competitors, analysing materials, weights, structure, architecture, assembly, fixing brackets, welds and production processes.

• Research of polylactic acid (PLA) – clay nanocomposites. • Material synthesis, manufacturing and recycling for food packaging applications. • Leadership, development and execution of project research. • Project management and finance. • Process control and improvement using different resources (HAZOP, MTBF, MTTR, LIMS, cGMP and HSE procedures) • Execution and results analysis of tests and experiments using techniques including FTIR, UV/VIS, viscosity, HPLC, GC and pH measurement.
