Prepare, analyse, and report on weekly KPIs for Brothers Beer group. Managing the transactional accounting, and Cash Flow. Review company processes, systems, and logistics. Implement logistics and inventory management systems for both wholesale and retail businesses. Production jobs, sales and purchase orders, stock management, and branch transfers. Systems integrations with key customers for an automated workflow. Woolworths, Foodstuffs, NZ Post, Shopify. Set up new POS systems for the 7 locations.

- Duty manager and Shift manager at three Brothers outlets. - In charge of all operational aspects of the branches, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling and training, inventory, and cash management.
