Responsible for 4 Global Applications for order integration, customer facing systems for order entry and data hub • Experience Knowledge of HP Quote to Cash Processes E2E for different regions • Responsible for systems that is responsible for 40 Billion USD Revenue for the company • Responsible for a global team of 9 members located in Singapore, India, Germany, Houston and Palo Alto

• Lead and build a team comprises of 15 Team members located in US, Germany, Bulgaria and Singapore with 45 GADSC Developers located in India and China to deliver committed projects • Expert experience / knowledge of automating/integrating order management process from storefront, marketplaces and direct customers to HP Internal supply chain systems globally (US, EMEA, APJ) • Experience with data format conversion due to the different customer needs

Responsible for physical claims, financial claims and rebate calculations • Manage a plan of record for a team comprises of 7 team members with 15 GADSC developers located in EMEA and Asia to deliver committed projects • Coordinate and respond to interlocking of projects requirement across different organizations • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members

Responsible for the E2E pricing process, from pricing definition to communication of pricing on partner portal – connect online; responsible for European partner information repository

• Managed business requirement scoping through implementation and plan the relevant releases

• Managed projects for the implementation of an in-house developed software application specializing in logistics and import/export processes • Provide consultancy to external companies on export requirements, with a special focus on the export requirements of the United Kingdom
