I was asked to become the Sales Manager for the company as I was consistently ranked as the top salesman. As the Sales Manager for The Bubble Card I was tasked with recruiting a sales team to actively promote and sell discount cards. To ensure my team were making as many sales as possible I organised an enticing commission structure, adequate training in pitching to students, when and where the team would sell, and ensured that the whole team were enthusiastic and energetic when selling.
