Lead the 50 kUnits CKD and DKD manufacturing facility. Completed plant’s ISO certification and developed mid-term strategy for CKD development, which fully met with further government requirement. Prepared and started modernization plan to fully transfer the plant to 100% CKD production. Developed HR function to meet “self-learning” organization requirement, introduced new production system and established first in-house automation team to support CKD development plan.

Plastic automotive components plant management (all aspects of business), plant portfolio expansion, ISO14001 certification, new technologies introduction (3K injection) and plant expansion.

Tea and HPC factories production management, WCM introduction in HPC factory

General Assembly and Final repair management, staff sightsizing during economic crisis, 3 new model launches (new X-Trail/Rogue 8 weeks launch, best in class), line speed increase from 13 up to 22 cars per hour, line balance levelling with С and В segment simultaneous production.

Body Shop management, welding and hemming processes automation, Shop logistic system change from KD to IPO, Capacity expansion and new production line start up.

Assembly Shop and Final repair shift management.
