Participated in the launch of the BMW G20 Brazil project, supporting the quality team in the implementation of APQP (Advanced Quality Planning). Performing ultrasound tests at resistance welding points for product approval. Performing an incoming inspection of receipt of stamped parts. Conducting meetings with suppliers, presenting the data of problems identified in the incoming inspection, and defining actions to eliminate the main quality issues in the process generated by non-compliant raw materials.

Training in Brazilian regulatory standard NR 12: Safety at work in machinery and equipment. Optimization of the interchangeable plastic box assembly process, designing an assembly bench using Unigraphics NX 8 (CAD) (Process optimization increase 30% of productivity).

Developing a strategy to improve processes and monitor results, based on performance indicators. Application of SMED methodology to improve Setup time. Implementation of standardized work at workstations, on the assembly line by spot welding, aiming to reduce variability, with a focus on continuous improvement. Performing training for employees on the standardized work methodology and its importance for the sustainability of continuous improvement. Developing strategies for balancing the assembly line.

Performing experiments about the influence of the amount of carbon and the fluid velocity in the internal corrosion of carbon steel pipes using flow pipe loop with salty water, the results supported the development of the project “Roughness Effect on Corrosion by CO2 of Steel API 5L X65 in Turbulent Flow Regime” published in the 70º Annually Congress of ABM. Participation in conferences and lectures within the university, reporting the results of the activities carried out in the research group.
