Ian Eichmann

My function is to work with the company customers from the time they acquire our services and make sure they get it up and successfully running. I meet with customers to understand their needs and concerns during the development/customization process. I answer questions and relay requests and feedback to the product managers and the R&D teams. Once the solution is complete, I help the customer understand how to use the product and get the best out of it by conducting training sessions.

I am the main contact between the European clients and the company, in charge of negotiation and tracking of business requirements defining technical specifications, ensuring service levels and delivery of our services. I coordinate the efforts of the Product team and the Development team to deliver industry standard and custom services to our clients. I support the commercial team with CXO and CXO-1 level contact. I’ve represented the company in industry events and as a speaker in conferences

I managed large software development projects, coordinating several services and consulting firms from different countries and cultures (US, India, Mexico, etc.). I defined the architecture for several J2EE projects, providing the analysis and definition of technologies to use. I was in charge of project planning, staffing and management for the in-house developed software. All the critical route applications for Posadas’ hotels are custom developed in house.
