Performing 3rd level support tasks of administration , implementation and configuration for BI software ( IBM Cognos , IBM InfoSphere MDM, Datastage & Informatica MDM ) Maintaining highest ITIL process standards in handling customer’s incident , changes and service requests. Providing also 2nd level support regarding OS ( AIX , Linux & Windows ) and middleware technologies ( Websphere application server , IHS & Apache ) related to the business intelligence solutions.

-Providing remote technical support for IBM customers Worldwide for IBM PureFlex System compute nodes, storage, systems management (Windows , Linux , AIX ) , and networking components. -Subject Matter Expert ( SME ) in handling escalations regarding IPAS ( IBM Pure Application System ) by involving and directing the right software or hardware teams related to the defected component in the IBM Pure Application System

Provide implementation and support to customers who mainly use IBM Power systems with AIX or Redhat ,
