Large German multinational industry in the segment of Machinery and Equipment for the Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Farms Industries. Responsible for the QHSE team at the Campinas and Jaguariúna sites, focused on the management of the Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001) Systems, reporting the QHSE Metrics for Brazil and Global Teams. Leadership of 5 direct employees.

Responsible for the Brazilian Quality Team (Development, receiving, process audit, final inspection, metrology and calibration of instruments) and Quality operational team in Mexico, as well as management of Quality Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001), with reporting of quality metrics in Brazil and Germany. Leadership of 7 direct employees in a team of 250 total employees.

Responsible for the Quality Safety Team for fuel pump modules and their subcomponents, as well as the Management System of the Areas of Audit and Quality Assurance. Leadership of teams with 36 direct employees, in a team of more than 2,000 people.

• Responsible for the Quality System and the Environmental Management System. • Managed the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Suppliers.

• Led 21 employees’ team in the areas of Packaging and Expedition. • Monitored and controlled the bulk-breaking of polymeric resins for storage.
