Ticket: • Updating and Recording of activities in relevant IT Ticket Management System • Provide support either through phone, remote tools, or in person at onsite

• Deployment of switched Fabric network and troubleshooting. • IOS upgrade of different type of switches and routers, Bios upgrade of server. • Configuration/Setup of switches and routers. • Fiber link fault analysis and troubleshooting. • DWDM/Line card/Optics/flapping interface/Transit point troubleshooting. • Provide remote support. • Troubleshooting of security devices, Fiber tap and NetApp. • Server rescue, configuration and maintenance in Linux system. • Troubleshooting on unpingable/unsshable servers

• Level 1 and 2 IT support on site/Remotely. • Server maintenance and troubleshooting. • Hardware replacement and IT spares assembling • Fault analysis reporting

Master Thesis : Performance Analysis of Multi-Radio Multi-Hop Wireless Mesh Networks • Multiple WLAN router configurations with routing protocol with various network infrastructures. • Build and deploy various firmware. • Performance testing by various use cases like load balancing, interface bonding and so on. • Technology: Linux, WLAN Router, Git.
