Reporting to EMEA Engineering Director I manage the team supporting engineering activities in Iberia and Italy.

Reporting to Global Operations Director for Vodafone, my responsibility implied looking after consistency and covering any engineering needs in any of the activities Nortel was performing in Vodafone properties worldwide. In parallel to this responsibility I continued managing the engineering activities in other two projects within the Iberia market, Vodafone Spain and STA Andorra.

Reporting to Operations Director for Vodafone Spain, I was responsible for managing the engineering team dedicated to the UMTS network deployment.

As part of the Wireless Product Solutions team I took part in a wide range of activities that went from supporting new markets business development via product marketing and technical contract negotiations for Spanish and Portuguese customers, to the definition of solutions for Core Networks during the project implementation phase.
