Main responsibilities: • Managing finance department of PPF Real Estate Russia Holding (30 people) • Setting up IFRS transformation process • Budgeting • Setting up management reporting process • Implementing new payment approval process • Analyzing investment opportunities • Providing ad hoc advice/ad hoc reporting to management • Recruiting new team members • Responsible for external audit/liaising with big4 company on all aspects of audit
