Ildefonso oversees the whole activities necessaries for building wind farms and PV plants from the origination to the COD. Negotiations for acquisitions of SPV from developers, new acquisitions of assets in different states (ready to build or working on), EPC negotiations, permitting and relationship with grid operator and local governments.

As a Bid Manager at High Voltage department, Ildefonso was responsible to collect, prepare and build up the tender to submit it, to the client, trying to find the most cost-effective solution, being in contact with the client and with several departments at my own company as Financial, Logistic, Installation, Legal, Suppliers, Design, Factories and others. FIDIC and NEC-3 contract experience.

As a Bid Manager Director, Ildefonso was leading a group of 8 persons in the International Department Tender of this company, our mains target were G.I.S and A.I.S Substations up 400Kv, Overhead Lines up 400kV, Onshore Wind Farms, Power Plants and Renewables Energies. I reported to my C.E.O and sometimes to the General Director. The team won important International Tenders with a value around 350MM$, some of them below.

Oversee and control of the Projects assigned for keeping the budgets and deadlines fixed as tergets. Provide the interface amongst the construction sections, consultants, suppliers subcontractors and the management team. The main income for the company came from the construction of PV Plants and Wind farms and all the civil and electrical works associated to them, Overhead lines, Substations, and Underground Cables connections.
