Responsible for project management and the Inside Sales Team in the Business Unit. Manage team scope, budget and planning to ensure results towards organization goals. Responsible for the evaluation and improvement of internal processes as PMO, Oversight of contract and procurement, assignments and capacity planning, status of projects and activities of Project Managers and Inside Sales. Responsible for the implementation of business development strategies, monitoring the demand for business forecasts.

Guide and follow-up of strategic and complex projects. Full responsibility for planning, execution and delivery from operational, financial, internal coordination and customer management aspects. Responsibility for project management program development, project stakeholder and risk management, preparation and follow-up of project planning and budget, gap analysis Responsible for the development of Project Management Tools and the implementation of management processes.

• Setting up and collaboration in the business management process regarding the overall planning, coordination and control together with the executive and operational Business Units. • Management of complex interdisciplinary projects (large number of interfaces, involvement of a large number of resources from different Business Units and / or contractors) • Executive Reporting to the Steering Committee in reference to progress and development.

• Leading and Follow Up of a Project from the Kick Off Meeting and Design phase to the Commissioning phase, with the responsibility of planning, executing and closing any project under the operational, financial, coordination and management aspects of the client. • Responsible for developing project planning, managing the project team and project risk, determining and monitoring project planning and budget.

• Leading and follow up of a project by KOM and planning to the commissioning phase. • Short and long-term planning in a mechanical company according to internal and external constraints, developing new strategies and optimizing production capacity.
