• Administrate all Micorsoft employee contracts, personal and confidential data; • Daily update in Headtrax with employees personal changes (costcenter, reporting line) • Microsoft Romania Career Page- realize templates in publisher and work toghether with the webdesigner to finalize the page; • Reports on request – statistics about MS Romania employess (pivots, charts); • MS expenses; • Newsletter – Internal, CEE and EMEA (weekly, monthly update with the opened position) • Handle the hiring process
