First phase: The main duty was to train with the necessary knowledge’s all the staff (around 1500 nurses and doctors) involved in this project. Check and test the project implementation in the country. Second phase: After the successful implementation of the project, the main duty is to maintain the system. First and second line support which is covered over phone calls, e-mail and ticket system. Checking everyday usage and preparing weekly / monthly /yearly reports for the MOH.

I have been working in this company for almost 3 months. My main duty was maintain the servers, routers, microtics and be sure internet is working fine in all subscribers. Also I completed the digital map of the optic fiber of the company. I worked with Autocad and ArcGis.

I have kept the position of IT Specialist. I took care for the progress of the servers there. I worked with the Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Windows Server 2003 and 2010, …, etc, also I gave assistance in possible damages during the day as well as for medical devices. Other duty was to train the staff of the new IT products implemented in the Hospital. Also I was responsible of the card issued by the hospital for persons who received it in different ways. Also preparing reports.

I took place in the IT project organized from the company. Also I worked as a authorized technician for fiscal cases. I performed the necessary training and qualified to work in this position.

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Write training manuals. Train computer users. Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Working with ticket system.
