- Took the Kubernetes-as-a-Service project from an MVP state with no fault tolerance to a fully functional service with 99,99% availability. - Interviewed engineers and technical managers (over 50 interviews), onboarded and mentored. - Decreased the main service latency from 30s to under 5ms by introducing FSM-based domain models with multi-step processing. - Designed the architecture of a geo-distributed cloud provider infrastructure, which made it disaster-tolerant.

- Designed a distributed telecommunications system for service fulfillment that handles peak loads without violating SLA. - Developed a plan to transition from a monolithic system under heavy load to a microservice architecture with no downtime or data loss. - Designed a service infrastructure in AWS and calculated the cost for various workload scenarios. - Developed and implemented a plan for phased migration of the product from On-Premise to SaaS in AWS.

Made an algorithm for the storage and processing of historical data and statistics on user contributions to OSS. It can now be seen as a diagram of programming experience history on the user page.

Developed pollution calculation service, ecology lab, and reporting tools. Made very complex data modeling in the HANA Core Data Services engine.

Integrated the production and logistics process with the state certification service. The communication with the service SOAP API has sync and async processes and was integrated into existing sync processes.

Implemented a tool for automated testing of the corporate DTAG portal. Developed the architecture and managed the development of the tool for the automatic processing of erroneous orders. Organized internal training and helped onboard new colleagues.

Participated in several large-scale telecom projects.

Developed pentesting tools and ensured the safety of our customers. Implemented a set of pentesting tools for recent CVEs and made penetration tests.

Developed a factory calendar, which is used by all staff of the KB and the plant (~10K users) to manage working time.
