-Lead a team of 9 members located in Germany , France and Czech Republic. -Ensure that Internal Documentation fulfil VDA / AIAG Norms. -Communication with customers to get part and process Release. -Follow of project milestones for PPAP approvals. -PPAP process management.

-Quality PPAP representative for customer Lisa Draexlmaier Germany. -Prepare and submit Part and process documentation to cutsomer. -Customer agreement and negotiation until release of parts to serial delivery.

- Define the Lay-out of the production lines. -Measure the production run at rate. -Conduct process changes to meet customer’s capacity demand. -Calculate the Labor cost for each product. -Participate in the customer audits. -Create and update Work Instructions. -Lead Lean manufacturing and cross functional projects.

-Implementation of the Toyota problem solving methodology. -Reduction of defect parts at the end of production line (ppm/2). -Improvement of the test process performance.
