As a Business Analyst, I analyzed business needs and collaborated with stakeholders to design products that drive growth. I designed and implemented advanced loan and deposit products, analyzed financial and market data to optimize offerings, and led the MicroFin360 (Core Loan Management System) implementation, managing the project, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication. Additionally, I trained 500+ Accounts & Finance users on ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, reporting, and period-end closings) to ensure accurate operations and compliance.

Work as a project team member on contributing to all aspects of project structuring and execution, including comprehensive research and analysis of background materials, market information and financial performance data; analyze and evaluate potential risks related to the proposed project, including analysis of financial statements, preparing and updating financial models and financial projections.
