Accountable for load and capacity planning for aftermarket and R&D of RRD: • Long-term planning in collaboration with the global network of MRO facilities and requirements for future programs • Coordinating a multi-functional team for the MRO engine shop visits and R&D activities. • Development of a shop floor capacity tool to improve the process efficiency and support a EUR 150,000 investment decision making process for a new layout

Accountable for scheduling the delivery of new production engines to meet customer requirements • Integration of activities of all operations functions so as to optimize process efficiency • Responsible for the long-term planning • Creation and maintenance of all capacity plans and evaluation of the necessary resources (equipment, material and manpower)
