Prosonergy is a social Start-up specialized in distribution and sales of off-grid solar powered products for people living without electricity in the poorest countries of the world. I joined the company in their start-up phase and I’m in charge of heading up the market entry in East Africa (included Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Botswana).

- Direct and full responsibility for all the trade marketing activities for the important and well-known brand in Italy: Lines Intervallo. - Definition of new promotional strategies for all customers, areas and channels (Mass Market, Wholesale, Drugstores and Pharmacy). - Ongoing analysis and tracking of the main sales fundamentals

- Responsible for a group of clients located in a specific area in the north of Italy - Constant store check, shelf projects optimizations, category management and data reporting in order to improve both the sell in and the sell-out data.

- Recruitment & selection - Employer branding: I promoted and managed the "Henkel Innovation Challenge" (III edition) for Italy, the international business game developed to increase employer's image awareness and recruit top talents
