Ines helps companies interested in engaging, training and developing their employees effectively to research, design and run effective mentoring, coaching and training programmes. She helps current and future leaders across the world to strengthen their leadership by providing insights & knowledge, training and consulting around mentoring, leadership, employee engagement and personal & organisational well-being.

In 2011 Ines had been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching, a journal for and from researchers, coaches, mentors, trainers and consultants, HR professionals and others interested in mentoring and coaching that unites research and practice from all over the world.

Ines helps organisations like the international WIN Conference to conduct effective Mentoring Programmes.

Ines is helping current and future leaders to understand how to use mentoring and coaching best in order to be effective leaders and managers. She also lectures on the topic of International Human Resource Management

Ines had been heading up the Mentoring Programme of the European Professional Women’s Network Côte d’Azur. She also created and led the association’s European-wide Mentoring Programme, where within only 2 years she expanded the reach from 6 local programmes to 13 cities across Europe in 2011, covering now more than 80% of the association’s cities. To give all members of the association access to Mentoring she also initiated online and offline matching, training and other events.
