Responsibilities: Managing the backlog of one software development Scrum team of 9 members to address requests of multiple stakeholders related to OAM component of LTE eNodeB product New features implementation Build scripts enhancements and maintenance Test tools support for UnitTests, memory leaks (Coverity, Purify) Clearcase and UCM environment set-up and maintenance

Responsibilities: Release management prime for OAM component of LTE eNodeB product: Coordinating SW deliveries from 3 international sites (Germany, Romania, China) Setting up the project configuration management (Clearcase, UCM) Checking daily the CI campaigns results and involving responsible people to investigate and fix regressions

Provide people management to 3 Scrum teams (25 people); Guide the development of the team - including talent acquisition, coaching, career development, performance appraisal; Agile Scrum, Continuous Integration and Test Automation coaching; Budget allocation and management, procurement, leasing; People hiring, allocation and planning across projects, releases and teams

Managing the development and testing activities in order to deliver a good quality software product in the requested time frame; Delivery synchronization with software components delivered by teams located in different countries (France, China, India) Reporting the project status to superior management; Synchronization with customer support teams; Managing allocated budget for getting necessary resources in order to meet the project requirements;

Leading a software development team of 7 members; Identifying and allocating tasks to team members; Weekly reporting the team activity to project managers; Team coordination in terms of communication between team members and also offering the guidance to find technical solutions;

Specification writing (for internal teams and for subcontractors); Software development (Java, Java Swing, Shell script, Oracle SQL); Software testing (functional, system integration, acceptance testing); Product troubleshooting; Writing test cases, test plans and test strategies; Finding, documenting and analyzing software defects; Subcontractor interface; 24x7 customer support;
