Taking the executive CFO EMEA role within the Opteamum Associates Global group to primarily strengthen the Finance operations of the business in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

 Led the migration. Manage the acquisition closure due to Sale Purchase Agreement.  Design and build a new reporting system (Budget, Cash-Flow, CAPEX, managerial and statutory reporting).

 Ensure the accurate Regional Management Reporting. Head of ABC Costing (4.000 cost centers), Warehouse, Fixed Assets Accounting, Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and Profitability Analysis.  Responsible for Statutory Accounting and Reporting to 3rd parties.  Orchestrate the 5-year strategic plan, budget, cash-flow and treasury reports.  Establish and monitor Group Policies for the whole Group.  Create all Group’s entities Transfer Pricing Documentation Files in 11 countries.

  Manage the banking relationship. External funding of 200 mn Euro, legal entities in four continents.  Organise Bond loans facilities of 180 mn Euro, hedge foreign exchange, freight and fuel exposure through derivative instruments.  Orchestrate the cash-flow, foreign exchange budget and treasury Group reports  Implement and accountable for all Group’s inter-company funding (50 mn Euro).

 Organise the integration of three acquired companies in Germany.  Led the funding (external and inter-company) of eleven legal entities in Europe.  Prepare and analyse cash flow forecast and foreign exchange exposure.  Develop and implemented a cash-pooling along with all Tax and Legal issues

 Head the monthly & yearly Financial reports and submit to Headquarters.

 Create Business Plans and Reengineering Projects for big local and multinationals

 Orchestrate Sales & Merchandising training and distribution re-structuring for Coca-Cola Bottlers, in Lagos Nigeria, Nizhni-Novgorod Russia and Tashkent Uzbekistan.

 Camp Assistant Accounting Officer.  Manage the Centre Canteen. Collaborate with wholesalers and supervise nine people.

 Monitor selling points and negotiate with Company’s wholesalers in Greek islands.

 Inventory Accounting. Follow-up and checking documents of receiving materials.
