Maintaining the Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure the coverage of use-cases. PDR Cycles.

Working with Product Managers to turn business requirements into actionable specifications. Requirements management with internal teams by keeping track throughout the development phase. To ensure use-cases coverage within the requirement scope. Design sessions with the development team to transform gaps into solution. Proposing design, including business rules, technical writing, and mockups. Maintaining the Requirement Trace-ability Matrix to ensure coverage of requirements in all SDLC phases.

Managing fraud services and clients training sessions on all in-house tools. Fraud/counterfeit cases review, defining action strategies. New development/feature in the system by engaging the engineering team to fulfill client’s requirement. Critical analysis of consumer transactions and reporting to clients to mitigate potential fraud loss. Critical analysis using SQL on fraud incidents to take appropriate actions. Liaise with banks/network and connected 3rd parties for fraud mitigation and ICA compliance.
