As a part of the Global Correspondence Management team, I work as an HR Specialist for the Global Document Management sub-team. Responsibilities involve: - Full global support of the AQDB template tool and the Bayer Electronic Personnel File (EPF) - Country roll-outs and the integration of new divisions - Template management and mass letter creation - Support in the global STI and Merit process - Process improvements, KPI reporting and analysis

AskHR is an expert center to manage, process and administrate all operational HR tasks and processes for the EMEA region. Responsibilities involved: - Implementation of Austria to AskHR in the Netherlands - Full support of all HR processes to Austria and the Nordic countries (+/- 350 employees) (incl. new hires, job changes, time management, off boarding, payroll prep., data management and reporting) - Transition of both Austria and the Nordic countries to the AskHR team in the Czech Republic

Responsibilities involved: - Created surveys and conducted research on the satisfaction of different parties and stakeholders - Evaluation and optimisation of Radar's KPI's and dashboard - Developed an instrument to measure and establish soft controls

Gathered data to provide an overview of learning analytics in Europe, and gave EAPRIL advice on benchmark opportunities in the market.
