• Coordination of the member network of the Service Design Network; Management of member and client databases, touchpoints and communication with national chapters and members • Formulation of a new strategy to optimize coverage current and potential clients • Responsibility of reporting on economic situation in the area of members

• Oversee day-to-day social media initiatives; strategic development of the SDN Social media platform and analysis of business impact • Act as a focal point for social media within SDN, maintaining calendar of activity, managing information flow between organisation, members and chapters, ensure content flow and quality of social media content in order to promote the service design practice in other industries.

• Responsible for the design of market leading products for diverse Latin American markets, from trend research to developing design proposals according to market opportunities • Management and leadership of the design and product development team, both designers and fabric operators. • Auditor for quality improvement, responsible for the optimisation of internal processes concerning energy consumption, raw material use and process design

• Creating products and developing new segments within in the company and incorporating them into the company’s retail business   • Evaluate market opportunities and define strategy according to customer needs and requirements

• Designing, developing and retailing of fashionable accessories from up-cycled material. . • Introducing new processes for purchase and procurement process for materials, negotiating prizes, terms and conditions • Developing new distribution channels including market research and identification of potential clients, distributors as well as negotiations
