Searching active and passive candidates on all available sources; Contacting candidates to give the job offers; Drafting catchy phrases and promoting the job offers on various channels; Managing the company's social media accounts; Working close to the consultants to better understand the profiles of the desired candidates.

Updating the company's CV database; Using efficiently the Lotus Notes software; Searching active and passive candidates using all available online channels (BestJobs, Ejobs, LinkedIn, Hipo etc.); Drafting, posting and checking job adds on various websites; Contacting active and passive candidates to give the job offer; Contacting candidates for follow up or checking recommendations; Participating in trainings on specific HR and recruitment activities/practices.
