Supporting the FP&A team in the year-end forecast process by creating the templates, sharing and communicating with local finance managers. Creating reports for the budget and the Long Term Plan to share with the external parties. Collecting and reviewing comments on the operational performance provided by the local finance managers. Supporting the team to create presentations for planning review meetings with at least 2 to 4 tasks daily.

Responsible for providing accurate responses to customer credit inquiries from initial contact to payment. Executed over 3200 cash transactions monthly using Oracle Flex-cube, including cash withdrawals, check payments, and booking cashless payments and transfers. Conducted national and international payment transactions and money transfers.
