• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the sales performance of company products. • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. • Developing, managing, and expanding the customer portfolio. • Handling key accounts and ensuring strong business relationships. • Identifying and leveraging new business opportunities through various market channels.

• Providing technical support online to customers, the sales team, and business partners. • Reviewing and evaluating customer technical specifications, offering insights and recommendations. • Contributing to developing sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets. • Managing and addressing existing customers’ needs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels
