Currently, I am working with the development team to define and design the user experience of the first rewards mobile app of the company based on the adoption of Points of Sales (PoS) by employees and customers, to send non-conformance reports related to the company's products.

Through research and on-site testing, I worked directly with the agile development team and product management directors to define and design the user experience for the company's software products used in both the headquarters and branches in northeastern Brazil.
