Developed composite indicators to improve therapy efficiency measurements in a disease area. Prepared burden of disease analysis for a vaccine to highlight need for new prevention program.

Developed country specific Health System Performance Assessment methodology for government. Advised and coordinated a project developing a software to support policy decision making with data analytics. Built simulation models in a selected team of experts to predict effect of national health prevention programs. Project managed workgroup and coordinated tasks with other workgroups.

Increased occupancy (+29%) and revenue (+10%), while decreased operating expenses (-12%) of parking garage in 4 years by introducing flexible tariffs, renegotiating supplier contracts and restructuring onsite team. Managed a €11M development in Germany on budget and leased 8,500 m2 office space above market price. Exposed to high level and international business environment by working closely with CEO on daily basis and participating in meetings with senior management of investors and external advisors.

Prepared financial models, budgets and feasibility studies of owned and targeted properties for management. Performed financial analysis and risk assessment for new investments and supported due diligence processes. Wrote economic and market research reports and presented to management.
