I single handedly set up the Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety department and processes for all companies in the Daystar Power Group across Africa. I developed, implemented, and maintained the processes required for Sustainability management to achieve set Organisation ESG objectives Ensured that the Management System is established implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Generated statistical reports in Quality, Social, Governance and Environment for review.

I successfully promoted the organisation's Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental prowess and competencies to customers and other interested parties.This resulted in better brand perception and a lot of rewarding engagements, accolades, and awards within and outside the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry I delivered on my responsiblity for the implementation of the company’s OHSAS 18001: 2007 Occupational health, safety management (OHSMS) and ISO 14001:2004 compliant environmental management system (EMS)

Champion the client’s and company’s HSSE goal in the project i.e. NO HARM : PEOPLE – ASSETS - ENVIRONMENT. Formulate HSE plans and procedures for all operations in line with client requirements and in accordance to local HSE legislation. Communicate HSE roles and responsibilities to staff and ensure they are all adhered to. Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.

Responsible for attaining organisation's ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification status. •Wholly responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the Company’s HSE-MS not limited to health and safety policies, programme and safe work procedures. •Conducted necessary safety inspection on board facility both onshore and off shore. •Responded to safety concerns and emergency situations on site and render expert leadership to support local health care teams on site.
