Recruited a team and built a system of processes up from scratch for a new Fintech project that provides online payment services for marketplaces. As the Product Owner of the billing system, I launched a process of automated reconciliation and settlement with partners that resulted in a 50% reduction of their processing time and a 20% increase in accuracy. Launched and calibrated the analytics of the project's key performance indicators, resulting in actionable insights and a 15% increase in revenue.

As a Product Owner, I developed and launched an internal system to automate the financial and HR departments in the areas of: budgeting, income statements, cash flows; HR management.Our system enabled fast, accurate access to information which removed log jams and enabled 3X faster monthly reporting. Calculated the unit economics of the marketplace's merchandise, which gave a realistic picture of profitability and allowed us to formulate ways to optimize costs, resulting in a 10% increase in profit margins.

Built the budgeting process up from scratch for more than 30 budget holders, resulting in a more streamlined and efficient process. Created and managed a department of 5 specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to improve their performance. Launched a process for the monthly analysis of both economic indicators and profit and loss statements; including balance sheet and cash flow statements, resulting in better financial management and across-the-board decision-making.

Systematized company-wide expenses and launched a process for their operational control, resulting in a 20% reduction of unnecessary expenses. Designed a prototype for the budgeting process of 30+ departments and a system for budgetary control, resulting in a more accurate and efficient budgeting process.

Implemented a system of accounting for the entire production process, which allowed the company to control production losses and identify opportunities to reduce them. Launched an automated system for planning production programs, which allowed the company to quickly make adjustments to the production program based on available raw materials and supplies. Conducted an analysis of planned versus actual production costs to promptly identify deviations.
