I managed all the project from the conceptualization idea to the construction and start up, I established the strategical road, based in lean and supported by ISO 9000 version 2015. I defined the parameters to create the website www.paqazuaje.com based in agiles deliveries, it was the unique restaurant in Maracaibo with the online purchases and the fastest delivey time (https://issuu.com/versionfinal/docs/d2856/13).

Time delivery reduction in 33% during drilling campaigns 2013 and 2014 getting a benefit of 25 M$USD, leading a management system model based in agile methodologies (Lean – Six Sigma) and Project Management tools, identifying and controlling the wasting time (MUDA) and the processes standardization for 16 disciplines, reaching around 150 new wells commissioned and conformed by the Customer (Ecopetrol).

Establishing strategies in order to decrease the rate failure due to sand production and tubing leaks, based on the statistics analysis, solving thru the installation of ESP, ESPCP, Jet Pump and others new technologies. I coordinated the performance of the operations of 6 workover rigs. In this period the oil rate increased 25% due to improve the water injection pattern and a better run performance life in the artificial lift system.

Leading a programmed maintenance for overhauling 5/13 gas compressors, the availability changed from 82% to 95% and saved around 5 M$UD/year. I developed the technical scope for the new contract to manage the gas compression services and I established a website to monitor the KPI's for the daily gas compression performance and to control the supplier. I started up the scada control room This allowed to reduce the production losses, getting a benefits around 6 M$USD. Besides,

Responsible for design, control and surveillance for the daily production of wells with artificial lift equipment (gas lift, plunger lift, SRP, PCP). During this assignation I was involved in a gas lift automation project. Besides, I participated directly in the implementation of the Asset Management System based on ISO 55000.
