Als motivierter Prozessentwicklungsingenieur mit Leidenschaft für Technologie habe ich Erfahrung in Materialwissenschaft, Reinraum, Halbleiterfertigung, Charakterisierung, Mikrofabrikation und Mixed-Signal-Simulation. Research area: Schottky Barrier Height (SBH) and Ideality Factor in Thin Film Transistors (TFTs) with Metal/Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles Structures Aiming Flexible Electronics Application. Responsibilities: Improve the electrical performance of inorganic TFTs through SBH reduction. Work in cooperation with Ph.D. and Master students to leverage the scientific knowledge of the group. Report achievements through publication in international journals. Supervision of a Master’s student.
