• Participating in projects aimed at adaptation of premises • Organizing and planning future investments for premises in order to adapt them to standards • Accepting premises from landlords, verifying their compliance with the LA • Coordinating the process of adaptation, supervising of construction and repair works • Collaborating with contractors regarding the construction, repair and equipment works in order to provide all installations necessary for proper functioning of the store

• Supervising and Controling all processes of adapting, renovation and construction work for buildings in take over portfolio • Strategy development, organization and management of real estate in the assigned portfolio, coordination of Facility management and all other activities related to real estate from the portfolio take over property • Planning future investments (upkeep measures) for properties in assigned portfolio (ower 1.000 properties)

• Organization, coordination and supervision of all participants in the Facility management process (calculations, offering, service level agreement contracting, project implementation) • Introduction and implementation of Quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2008

• Calculating and creating offers for technical and infrastructural maintanance • Collaborating with contractors regarding the construction, warranty tracking and repair works • Adapting, renovation and construction work for client premises • Valuation and technical consultation during clients' negotiation processes

• Over 25 mil. HRK of new built, renovations and reconstructed buildings • Organization and planning, controlling of all site construction activites • Accounting and control of work executed by subcontrators
